Improve Chatbot Response

If your chatbot respond to customer with wrong result; there are many possible reasons behind the wrong answers. Below are some known issues and solutions to improve the chatbot.

1. Chatbot was not trained for new or updated content

Issue: This is a common issue. Chatbot owner add or update a webpage and the chatbot is not trained to understand the latest data yet.

Solution: Retrain the chatbot by clicking on "Train Chatbot" button and wait a minute before testing again. Retrain Chatbot

2. No answer found in trained content

Issue: Chatbot owner trained chatbot with contents that do not cover the questions that were asked by customer. This kind of issue requires fine-tuning the bot to make it better.

Solution: Use Question and Answer (Q&A) of the Chatbot training tab to add customer question and appropriate answer to teach the bot how to answer that question in the future. Finally Retrain the bot to understand your Q&A data. Add Q&A

3. Chatbot reply with old and invalid data

Issue: Chatbot reply to user with old data that is no longer valid. This can barely happen, but it does sometime. When customer chat with the bot, each conversation is remembered in memory of the bot so that it can learn to answer better in the future. This memory can sometime not clear completely when you retrain the bot.

Solution: manually clear the memory of the chatbot so that the bot do not remember invalid data. Add Q&A
